Event Attendance

Each member of WCEPC may attend upcoming meetings for no charge.

All members should register for meetings they plan to attend by clicking on the Register button below.  There is a field in the registration form that allows members to specify which parts of the meeting they plan to attend when attending in-person meetings:  the business meeting, reception, meal.  Taking a moment to fill in this information enables the organization to avoid waste for people who do not stay for the meal.

Each member may bring guests to in-person meetings for a $25 charge per guest.  The number and names of the guests should be specified during event registration, and the member can pay for the guest attendance online while registering.
