Gregory Herman-Giddens will present his thoughts on estate planning for firearms, including gun trusts and post-mortem administration issues when firearms are present.


Gregory Herman-Giddens, J.D., LL.M., TEP, CFP®

Greg Herman-Giddens is a partner in the Naples, Florida and Chapel Hill, North Carolina offices of Galbraith, PLLC. He has been practicing law for over 34 years, and is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law (NC) as well as a Certified Financial Planner™.

Greg received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina, a

J.D. from Tulane University Law School, and an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee and New York Bars. He is also licensed as a Solicitor in England and Wales, and a full member of the international Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Greg has presented continuing legal education programs on a local and national level on planning for firearms and related issues, and is the author of Estate Planning Considerations for Firearms, in the most recent WealthCounsel Quarterly.
